I'm Ritche Ballena Rosaupan, a story and article writer and an AdSense Publisher of AdSense owned by Google. All of these stories and articles are original and were written within a span of about two years since I first came to Blogger.com of Google on July 2012. If published Google agrees that I retain ownership of all my works. Google have the manpower and the experience and I have been with them for a long time and to protect all my works, effective today, July 2013, I'm making Google in charge of all my works in Blogger.com. I am also giving Google the full authority to run after, sue, prosecute, and penalize (including charging and collecting an amount of money and/or confiscation of their materials when it warrants) the plagiarizes of my works. I am authorizing Google to sue, prosecute, and penalize anyone who makes an attempt to hack any of my accounts on Bloggger.com, Gmail, YouTube.com, AdWords, and AdSense. I am also authorizing Google to assign someone to add in my Author's Note the names of persons, companies, corporations, networks, business entities, and others who copied or plagiarized my works and the natures of their violations or plagiarisms including hacking. I am authorizing Google to sue, prosecute, and penalize those who tried and would try to threaten me and my family on TV and other media and anywhere, lives and health, in any manner, directly or indirectly; those who tried and would try to contaminate or infect me and my family with diseases; those who tried and would try to stalk and conduct illegal surveillance on me and my family; those who tried and would try to sell us foods, water, medicines, toothpaste, soap, grooming products, appliances, LPG, services, medical and health services, and all others that would endanger my life and health and that of my family; those who tried and would try to refuse to sell to me and to my family foods, water, medicines, toothpaste, soap, grooming products, appliances, LPG, services, medical and health services, and all others which are all for sale or hire, including those who tried and would try to spread false and malicious rumors about me and my family and also those who tried and would try to harass me and my family in any form, including noise and to do the same as above on my Author's Note. I am giving Google the authority to collect subscription fees which amounts are to be determined by Google, from visitors to all my website addresses who are associated or coming from TV networks, radio, newspaper, magazines, and other media, politicians, government officials, certain individuals, and all others, including IP addresses, cellphone and smart phone numbers, landline numbers and all others likewise to be determined by Google. I am also giving Google the authority to choose which ads would be allowed or shown on all my stories, articles, and others. Google could also show Google Double-Click Ads on all my works. I am giving Google the authority to select (and invite) anyone who would be allowed to view any or all of my works.
I am authorizing Google to create backup copies of the website addresses I am using and all its contents so that when they get damaged or deleted you can easily restore and republish them. I am also authorizing Google to automatically renew my domain, StoriesPhilippines.com, every time I fail to renew it. I am giving Google the authority and choice to which search engines and web pages all my website addresses would appear or display. Furthermore, I am giving Google the authority and the choice to direct other AdSense applicants to my website addresses, hoping that they'll get a better picture from from my contents. I really hope that someday, at the right time, I'll see my stories in Google Movies and TV series, and Google Animations shown worldwide.
